By purchasing or using M AUTO ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use M AUTO for personal use only. This license is bound to your hardware ID (HWID) and cannot be shared, resold, or transferred to any other person or device.

2. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

Share, distribute, or resell your license key to any third party
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software
Use the Software for commercial purposes without explicit authorization
Share software files, loaders, or any related materials publicly
Attempt to bypass HWID protection or security measures
Use the Software in violation of Roblox's Terms of Service (at your own risk)

3. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate delivery of license keys, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase
Inability to use the Software due to hardware limitations
Account bans on third-party platforms (Roblox, etc.)
Software updates that change functionality
Failure to read product description before purchase

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Software will be error-free or uninterrupted
The Software will work with all emulators or configurations
Your Roblox accounts will not be banned or restricted
The Software will remain functional indefinitely

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall M AUTO, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of profits or revenue
Loss of data or accounts
Account bans or restrictions on any platform
Any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software

6. Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that using automation software may violate the terms of service of third-party platforms such as Roblox. You use the Software at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any consequences, including but not limited to account bans or legal action from third parties.

7. License Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without refund if you:

Violate any of these Terms of Service
Share or distribute the Software
Attempt to harm our business or reputation
Engage in fraudulent activity (chargebacks, etc.)

8. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Service, and continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of any changes.

9. Support

Technical support is provided through our Discord server on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee response times or resolution of all issues.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
